Your OfficeRnD invoices, turned into a P&L per location.
OfficeRnD runs memberships, bookings and invoicing. Bank statements, purchase invoices, the VAT return and the monthly P&L usually end up in Excel and with the accountant. zflow adds that finance layer on top of OfficeRnD, without changing how your team works.
What OfficeRnD leaves to Excel
OfficeRnD is built for operations. These finance jobs usually happen outside it, by hand:
Profit per location
Revenue and costs per building and per month, with head-office costs shared fairly.
Who owes what
One view of each member: memberships, fees, bookings, invoices, payments and the running balance.
Bank and Stripe
Matching SEPA transfers and Stripe payouts to invoices, net of fees and refunds.
Purchase invoices
Supplier PDFs in the accounting inbox, typed in by hand.
Accountant handover
VAT return, ICP and the audit file, rebuilt every quarter.
What you get, and in what order
We are building this together with our first coworking customers. Phase 1 comes first; the rest follows in the order that saves you the most time.
Phase 1: revenue and P&L
shown in the demo with sample data
OfficeRnD sync
Members, memberships, fees, bookings, plans, locations and resources are pulled from the OfficeRnD API on a schedule, every night or more often.
Customer account
Pick a member and see memberships with days left, fees, bookings, invoices, payments, the running statement and what is still to be invoiced.
P&L per location
Location × P&L line × month, with head-office costs allocated to locations and budget versus actual.
Phase 2 and later
in development
Purchase inbox
Supplier invoices from your accounting mailbox, a PDF upload or a phone photo; AI reads supplier, date, VAT and lines, you check and approve.
Bank matching
CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV statements; incoming payments matched to invoices, outgoing to supplier invoices.
Stripe reconciliation
Charges, fees, refunds and payouts reconciled against the bank.
Accountant exports
Dutch VAT return (rubrieken), ICP, XAF audit file and RGS-based journal export.
Germany
DATEV export, XRechnung and a consolidated NL + DE P&L.

How it works
Connect OfficeRnD
We connect to the OfficeRnD API with a read-only key. Nothing changes in OfficeRnD.
Map your plans
Plans, fees and resources are mapped to your P&L lines and locations, once.
Go live with revenue and P&L
Customer accounts, receivables and the P&L per location run on your real data.
Add bank, purchases and exports
Then we switch on the parts you need, in the order that saves you the most time.
The system runs in the cloud, on a server we set up for you in the EU. Your accountant can keep working in their own software.
Who builds it
zflow is the process software brand of Öntel Bilişim, a software company in Istanbul since 1996. We build this finance layer together with our first coworking customers.
